RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To return a purchase, please email us at Customer Service Department wildandloyal@gmail.com. We will confirm your request and reach out with full return instructions including the return address. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return or exchange. If your order shipped for free, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We can provide a copy of the bill on request.
Please note that we only issue refunds on items that are unused and undamaged, unless the item arrived damaged. Items that are returned with dirt, dog hair, slobber, or any other unsanitary condition will not be eligible for a refund.
After the refund has been processed (minus shipping/customs), a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days from confirmation and may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Please note that products that have been bought during a special sale (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Seasonal Sale), CANNOT be refunded. There is a no-return policy on anything custom made OR merchandise that is purchased ON SALE. Full-priced items purchased with a discount code CAN be returned.
EXCHANGE: You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the cost to ship the new item. Please make sure the product is in its original unused condition before shipping it back, include your order number in the box and note that this is a “exchange.”
